I’m sure by now you know that I take my hair routine seriously with how I have bleached and colored hair. I previously had a highly extensive and complicated hair care routine that involved waaay too many products. It even got to a point where I wasn’t sure which products were still working and which ones were counterproductive. This is the first time I’m confessing this, but I’m actually planning on just letting the color fade completely. Bleaching and coloring has stripped the life and volume out of my hair, so I’m currently going through a restorative phase.
Enter TRESemmé’s Beauty-Full Volume Collection. If I have generally oily and flat hair, why on earth would I use a routine that ends in heavy conditioner that just further weighs down my locks? TRESemmé’s revolutionary reverse wash and care system starts off with a pre-wash conditioner, then the shampoo, and the rest of the collection has mousse, hairspray, and polish that enhances the volume and promotes the bounce in your hair. Check out this video (of the gorgeous Chrissy Teigen) to learn more about it!
It’s crazy how different my hair has been feeling ever since I switched to the reverse-wash system. As most of you know I don’t wash my hair daily, but this new routine has helped me get through in between washes. Typically right before I wash my hair it feels so heavy and sticky, but using the TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume Collection has been keeping my hair bouncy and full of life! Here’s a picture of my hair prior to washing, before I used the new system:
and here’s what it looks like now:
Doesn’t my hair just look so soft and very much alive? I’m definitely going to stick to this reverse wash process for a while. Remember, TRESemmé specially formulated these products to work in reverse. I’ll update you once I’ve used up the entire collection if there are any changes but so far I’ve been obsessed with it!
