Any of you have “that friend” that’s somehow capable of making a mess everywhere they go? That’s me. I’m that friend. I feel like all of my childhood photos consisted of me having food smeared on my clothes if not on my face. To this day I still manage to splash spaghetti sauce or drip a bit of caramel on my outfit. I’ve come to the conclusion that maybe it’s just nature and that I was just born to be a hot mess. But you know what’s unfortunate? I seem to have passed it on to my three-year-old. Or maybe that’s just how they usually are, but I seriously have a hard time keeping stains off of this kid’s clothes. 60% of his shirts right now has discoloration due to either watercolor paint, chocolate, popsicle, or strawberries.
Enter Threadsmiths. Their 100% cotton shirts use fabric that has “water-fearing” nanotechnology, so every time my kid spills juice on his shirt, it bounces right off. I now feel like every kid should be equipped with these shirts– just makes things easier for everybody! These were so much fun to style, but it was much more fun experimenting on them! Check out my YouTube channel to see the hydrophobic shirt in action!
